The authenticity and condition of all items is thoroughly inspected by our staff. We have zero interest in selling, accepting or dealing in fakes or factory variants. All inventory is guaranteed 100% authentic.

INVENTORY
All inventory is listed on the site. All items offered for purchase online are unworn, and in mint or excellent condition. Certain items noted "in-store only" are only available for purchase in-store due to conditions that cannot be accurately determined through photograph.

PRIVACY
We understand your concern for how personal information is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so with the utmost care and respect. In visiting atcmia.com, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. This information is used only to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

RETURNS
Due to the fact that all shoes are being sold on consignment, all sales are final. There will be no refunds, exchanges or trades. If you are unsure about sizing or have any questions regarding a particular item, please feel free to contact us before your purchase.

SALES TAX
All orders shipped in the state of Florida are subject to a 7% sales tax.

SECURITY
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). All payment information is transferred from your computer to our servers using a secure, encrypted protocol (https). As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for international and/or large orders. We do not accept prepaid gift cards, personal checks, or money orders.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All shoes listed are a part of our 80/20 consignment program. Sellers provide us with shoes, and with the assistance of our staff, set their own prices. We handle the entire selling process, from taking photographs and listing items, to payment and shipping. Our fee is 20% of the set sale price.
